The hotel is in a peaceful location, away from the main roads, which ensures a quiet stay. the staff is praised for their friendly and accommodating service. Guests have commended the hotel's spacious rooms, excellent air conditioning, and comfortable beds and pillows.
Some guests find the hotel's location inconvenient for a leisure trip, as it is far from the beaches.

Casabela seems to be "learning" how to operate as a hotel. It supposedly was newly opened, but had not been finished properly as we saw wires from the walls of worked to be finished. The staff were very friendly, especially the young girl on reception. The best thing was the hotel is connected to Marbela Beach in Morjim Goa. Marbela resort is owned by the same people as the Casabela. Marbela, was a great place to hang out and enjoy their facilities. (Drinks were good, food not "hot") Casabela is a central business type hotel centrally located to beach areas.
Breakfast ( which is not inclusive) was a bit of a fiasco. When the three of us came down the first morning, it appeared that we surprised them that we wanted something to eat for breakfast. But, by day three, the staff seemed to have worked out a system to provide breakfast.

The size of the room was impressive and the air conditioning was working perfectly to tame the heat. the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Even when help wasn't needed, we chatted for some time. the location was ideal for those looking to tour the serene area and spend their Xmas with family.
The breakfast was disappointing. When I went to the restaurant, which was understaffed, some of the items listed on the menu weren't available.

Food...the food provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner was really fantastic, tasty and reasonable too.
The hotel is far away from beaches,,,if u r going for a leisure trip then u must know the roads and places to visit so that u can possibly manage by your vehicle. Compared to location of the hotel rate is definitely high....but the ambiance and food satisfies you to some extent.

The hotel provided excellent air conditioning and shower facilities, making our stay during the hot weather very comfortable. the helpful F&B assistant made our experience even more enjoyable. the breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the hotel were fantastic and reasonably priced.
The hotel is located far away from the beaches and the lack of location boards made it difficult to find. there were issues with the room infrastructure such as noisy rooms, insufficient privacy, and missing fixtures.
